A Little bit about RooRoo and Momo's Feline Jungle
I am a neuroscientist by profession and have a deep seated love for animals. Someday I wish to have a rescue farm for all sorts of animals. Me and my husband have two rescue cats RooRoo (creamsicle) and Momo (tuxedo) around whom our lives revolve. Our cats get whatever they want and they are fully aware that they are the boss :) More recently, we got bitten by the plant bug and have now amassed more than 100 plants in our tiny apartment. Every time we say just one more plant and we will stop but we all know how that goes.
What's your favorite moment in your Feline Jungle?
RooRoo and Momo are our in-house plant inspectors who depending on the phase of the moon reveal their plant-lover or plant-monster side of their personalities :D Whenever we get a new plant in the house they need to sniff and paw it first and give their approval. Just in case we forget to complete this ritual they will sit in front of the plant shelf and meow. Before we got a shelf which they don't like to climb, plant tragedies where a frequent occurrence at our place, thankfully not anymore. Also, these two are avid lovers of pony tail palm. It's their go-to snack. They prefer its long juicy leaves over the wheatgrass that I grow for them (go figure!)
